Come and join us for a beautifully curated day, just for you to be exactly where you need to be. No pressure and no expectations.

In the Cotswolds, at Scenic Sauna, we will meet for a day of yoga, sound bath, sauna, ice-bath and a gorgeous brunch.

There will be time in nature, we will also have a cosy log fire in the yoga studio to keep us warm if the autumn elements are upon us.

There will be time for reflection and going into self. A gentle opportunity to meet yourself where you are, with understanding and acceptance.

Your loving facilitators for the retreat

Jen Day will support you with a gentle yoga session set to music to relax and revive you. You will start with breath work and gentle movement, moving through a slow flow and settling into rest.

Candie Johnson will offer a sound bath experience. The immersive vibrations and resonant tones will guide your body into a deep state of relaxation. This offers an alteration to the brain waves resulting in nervous system regulation.

Lastly, I will offer an invitation to end the day with a comforting return to your heart space. We will tap into our intuition and meet ourselves where we are with love and acceptance.

A day of intention setting.

With soothing yoga, sauna and ice bathing, a heart opening sound bath, along with a beautiful intuitive psychology facilitated group session.

All lovingly curated to provide space and stillness to help regulate your nervous system in beautiful surroundings.

We will have a cosy yoga studio that is heated with a wood burner as our base for the day as well as the opportunity to ground ourselves in nature.

Brunch will be provided by the fantastic Roots and Seeds team. A belly warming soup and cheesy toast.

There will also be extra love tokens from me to you throughout the day.
